  1. Customer Personalisation: the user can create voice templates by assigning different voices. This allows for the creation of impressive, recognisable and individual calls, as each voice can be tailored to specific customer segments or situations.

  2. Dynamic Template Creation: every time a customer calls, the system dynamically inserts the relevant debt information into a voice template. For example, the customer will hear a personalized message mentioning that this is a call from your company and that their debt is a certain amount (e.g. “Your debt is €123.34”). The full amount is spelled out in words – the number of euros and the number of euro cents after the decimal point.

  3. Automatic Data Import: The system easily imports customer data from a file that can be prepared with phone numbers and debt amounts. For example, the number 3761158866 can be linked to a debt of 123.34 euros.
